There is also a possible bleed thru area in the forward end cover at the oil pump out put. Instructions call to torque the center nipple to 27 ft./lbs. Most of the time oil in the coolant is the oil cooler. Its been suggested a new engine is needed. The oil cooler is very fragile so handle it with care. Its been to Deere and had the head checked, turbo replaced, water pump, and several other things replaced or checked. It says that you need a special tool to remove the center nipple on the cooler. The most common area would be the engine oil cooler, although it's possible (although not terribly likely) for a head gasket to leak engine oil into the cooling system if there is a split between the passage that feeds oil to the top end of the engine and an adjacent coolant passage. Low pressure air thru the coolant lines and submerge the oil cooler in water and look for bubbles. Atlantic antifreeze/coolant range includes the approved and latest technology products. If you wanted to check it you would need to make your own setup. There are no instructions in the maintenance CD on how to check the engine oil cooler.
